Frequently Asked Questions

What is the process for booking a coaching call?
Choose the session type that fits your needs, then pick an open time on the calendar. Once you confirm and complete payment, you'll get a confirmation with the details and a meeting link for your session.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. Cancel with at least 24 hours notice and you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, aren't eligible for a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if I don't know if you can help me with my specific situation?
That's exactly what a Consultation Call is for. Bring whatever you're facing, and we'll talk it through together. From there, I'll help you figure out the best next step, even if that step isn't coaching with me.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you share in a session stays between us and is never shared without your permission.
Can both providers and parents book coaching?
Yes. Coaching is open to childcare providers and parents alike, and sessions are tailored to whatever you're navigating.
