How to Reach Us
One address, read by us
Email is how we take inquiries. Write to the address below and it comes straight to us, with no ticket queue and no automated sorting in between.
When we read it
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. We do not read the inbox on weekends or on United States federal holidays.
When to expect a reply
Within three business days. A message you send on Friday afternoon or over a weekend is answered the following week.

You never have to work out which address to use, because there is only one. What changes is whether writing to us is the fastest way to what you came for.
Membership, billing, and account access
Joining, renewing, an invoice you do not recognize, a refund, or trouble getting back into your account. Write to us and say which it is.

Coaching calls, Masteries, and consulting all happen online, so where you live does not decide whether we can work together.
